1 Acceptance

By accessing or using the Shram Sarathi Network (श्रम सारथी नेटवर्क) website, mobile application, or related services, you unconditionally agree to and are bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2 Nature of Platform

Shram Sarathi Network operates as a technology-enabled digital intermediary and service facilitation platform connecting customers with independent service providers. Shram Sarathi Network is not an employer, contractor, or principal of independent service providers, except to the extent required by applicable statutory obligations.

3 Service Providers

Labour (मजदूर), skilled workers (कारीगर), drivers (चालक), contractors (ठेकेदार), and vehicle/transport providers may operate independently. Their service, conduct, availability, pricing, and performance are subject to applicable arrangements and law.

4 Registration & Information

Users must provide accurate and updated information during registration, inquiry, or onboarding, and must not misuse another person's identity, mobile number, or information. Any impersonation or fraudulent identity usage will lead to immediate suspension and necessary legal reporting.

5 Booking & Inquiry

A website inquiry is a request for facilitation and contact; it does not by itself guarantee availability or confirmation of service. Operational booking, live tracking, and coordination may be completed through the application or approved booking system.

6 Provider Acceptance

A service request is subject to independent provider availability and acceptance. Submission of a request on the website or app does not automatically create a confirmed service contract until accepted by the service provider.

7 Pricing & Charges

Applicable booking, facilitation, platform, or other charges will be communicated through the relevant interface before they become payable, wherever required. All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) and comply with applicable statutory norms.

8 User Responsibilities

Users must provide correct requirements, accurate location, and genuine contact information, and use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Users must ensure safe and dignified working conditions for visiting service providers.

9 Prohibited Use

Users must not use the platform for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, impersonation, misleading information, unfair competition, or activities prohibited by applicable local, state, and central Indian laws.

10 Digital Records & Communication

The platform may maintain booking, inquiry, communication, telephony (IVR), and transaction-related records for service facilitation, customer support, platform security, and legitimate business purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

Shram Sarathi Network provides platform and facilitation services with reasonable care but does not guarantee the conduct, availability, quality, performance, or outcome of an independent service provider except to the extent mandatorily required under applicable Indian consumer and intermediary law.

12 Modification

The platform may update its services, features, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the website with an updated effective version. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sultanpur / Uttar Pradesh, India.
